Safety standards EN ISO 20345:2022 — Safety Footwear

Turvakenkämme täyttävät eurooppalaisen standardin EN ISO 20345:2011 tai EN ISO 20345:2022 mukaiset vaatimukset. Tuotteilla on CE-merkintä.

Kengät jotka merkitty S, on varustettu suojaavalla varvassuojalla joka kestää 200 J energian osumisen sekä 15 kN paineen.

Class I

Kengät valmistettu nahasta ja muista materiaaleista, poislukien kokokumiset ja muoviset kengät.

Estää liukastumisen klyseriini pintaisilla keraamisilla laatoilla.

Class II

Kokokumiset (esim. kokonaan vulkanoidut) ja koko kumiset (esim. kokonaan muotoonpuristetut) kengät.

Polttoaineen- ja öljyn kestävä pohja sekä välipohja.

ESD

ESD suojaus purkaa stattista sähköä. ISO IEC 61340 -standardin mukaan keskien vastus vaihtelee välillä 0,1-100 MOhm.

Shoes marked S have protective toecaps which will withstand 200 J of impact energy and 15 kN of pressure.

Heat insulation performance level 3.

Class I

Footwear made from leather and other materials, excluding all-rubber or all-polymeric footwear.

ESD

ESD protection ensures that static electricity is discharged. The shoes have a resistance ranging between 0,1 MOhm and 100 MOhm according to ISO IEC 61340.

Class II

All-rubber (i.e. entirely vulcanised) or all-polymeric (i.e. entirely mouled) footwear.

SRA

Slip-resistance on ceramic tile floor with Sodium lauryl sulphate solution.

Puncture-resistant outsole.

SRB

Slip-resistance on steel floor with glycerol.

HRO

Heat-resistant outsole compound tested at 300˚.

SRC

SRA + SRB.

Water-resistant footwear.

Oil-resistant outsole.

WRU

Water-resistant upper.

Antistatic properties

Our occupational shoes are certified according to the European standard EN ISO 20347:2012 or EN ISO 20347:2022. The products are marked with CE.

Shoes marked with an O are not equipped with a protective steel toecap but meet the basic requirements for work shoes.

Safety shoe regulations

Safety shoes must meet the requirements of the European directives regarding personal protective equipment. These safety class labels are available for products manufactured under the above directives and according to the European standards EN ISO 20345:2011 or EN ISO 20345:2022.
